Autumn Colour
The trees are changing colour and I find autumn a nostalgic time. It is lovely to see places such as Sheffield Park, Kew Gardens and Westonbirt Arboretum in their full glory. As a child I lived near Burnham Beeches which always looked fairly spectacular at this time of year. When the children were younger we used to have an autumnal visit to Sheffield Park, collect leaves and do leaf printing and other such crafty activities. The following picture evokes many of those feelings of autumn and was painted by Laura a few years ago after a trip to Kew Gardens.
